D/90 (Paint Stripper) :

An active remover of all kinds of ordinary paints or special ones (epoxy, electrostatic) from metals, woods or other surfaces without affecting the surface or dissolving the paints since it remove the paints as scrapping. It may be applied by painting or dipping. It penetrates, loosen and remove industrial paints, oil and grease and carbon deposits from ferrous and nonferrous metal surfaces.

Fast acting for domestic and automotive paint removing, which removes several coats of paint or varnish at once. Removes paint or primers from cars and removes furniture polish, Lacquers, Varnishes & French polish.

RASTEX (Rust Converter)

It is a blend of penetrants, acrylic converters and proprietary acids specially formulated to neutralize and convert existing rust and to form a durable, black protective barrier against corrosion. It is designed to provide excellent protection on all iron and steel surfaces in one application. A second application may be applied after 12:24 hours. ​

RH-600 (Rust Remover)

It is a concentrated inhibited acid solution, suitable for use in industrial rust stain removal and metal cleaning applications. It is a fast acting, acid type compound that neutralizes alkaline residue

RH-600 P.S. (Rust Stains Remover)

Is a very effective in the removal of dirt contamination, salt water residues, rust stains, rust lines and metal oxide deposits on cured painted surfaces in ships sides, oil tanks, locomotives and train surfaces, power plants, refineries, production facilities or any facility where rust stains are problematic.

 

SIEN 7000 (Hard Descaling Liquid)

It is a liquid acid containing descaling accelerators, corrosion-inhibitors and wetting agents. Acid based product contains inhibitors against attack on ferrous metals with unlimited shelf life. It is Fast and effective scale remover and easy to rinse off. Removes water scale and rust from condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, Boilers, (etc.). 

SIEN 7000 T.P. (Light Descaling Liquid)

It is a liquid acid containing descaling accelerators, corrosion-inhibitors, wetting agents and sequestering agents. An acid based product contains inhibitors against attack on ferrous metals with unlimited shelf life. It is effective and safe scale remover and easy to rinse off. Removes water scale and rust from radiators and delicate parts in condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, Boilers.

MORVEX (Rust Preventative Storage Compound)

Protecting, rust-proofing and anti-salting agent, that act as an anti-rust outstanding water and humidity displacing, non-staining rust preventative which will rapidly separate water displaced from metal surfaces after machining operations or after alkali cleaning. The resulting film is oily, transparent, and non-staining. 

These ultra thin, highly protective films are effective in the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from atmospheric corrosion even under conditions of high humidity, both fresh and salt mists. Materials protected with MORVEX are protected indefinitely for inside storage even under extreme conditions.

Rust proofing, electrical insulator and anti-salting component. High penetration power, forming a stable and a completely isolation -easy to clean- film. Preserve spare parts, molds and different metal work, in industrial, vehicles, marine applications, weapons (..ext.). Also for different electrical insulator and prevent salting formation.

LITHIUM GREASE

High quality, lithium grease. An easy and convenient to use heavy-duty lubricant with deep penetrating qualities. Reduces friction in all metal to metal applications. Spray on as a liquid. SIEN FLUX 3L (Welding Flux)

It is a welding flux, used when welding different surfaces using various welding alloys. This material has very high weld ability, even in presence of oil traces between the welding alloy and the surfaces to be welded.

SIEN W.I. (Water Indicator)

Special paste used to indicate in seconds the presence and the height of water in fuel tanks without affecting the fuel itself. It react by changing the color of the paste, just when the paste touching the water (color-cut). The past is applied on the surface of the graduated testing rod and then dipped in the fuel (measuring stick), so the paste color changes immediately only in the film in contact with the water.

CDS-123 (Dye Penetrant Kit)

A kit of three cans, to be used for crack detection and weld inspection, in a process that is named “Red Dye Penetrant Inspection Process”. Easy to use, with fast and clear results. Powerful cleaning, high penetration and clarity developing, in crack detection and weld inspection.

SIEN F.C-P (Florescent Penetrant)

[2-A] - Supporting Products

SIEN SC.60 (Anti explosion, Filling & Sealant Rubber Paste)

Used for filling and isolating the gapes between different parts assembled together without welding. It is also used for filling the beginning and the end of electrical tubes, junction boxes and electrical switches to form anti explosion system. 

This rubber paste is an isolator against water, moisture, gases and insects. It ca be easily shaped as required, can be painted and finally it can be removed easily to disassemble the different parts previously fixed together.

SIEN 22/1P. (Electrical Isolating Coat)

A rubber coat isolator, for non-insulated junctions and electrical wire which lost its original plastic cover. It acts as an anti-electric isolating layer, which adhere to the metallic wire and protect it preventing any chance for flammability due to short circuits. 

FIRE RETARD

It is used to stop fire spread and hinder the burning of textiles, clothes, paper, and cartons. This material can be applied by spraying, painting or dipping. It is used frequently for tents, fabrics, dresses, curtains, carton, paper and in storing areas.

 

FIRE SHIELD

One component paint, used to stop and retard fire spread in electric cables, metal surfaces (treasures, fuel tanks, and metallic constructions), concrete and wood. It can be applied either by spraying or painting the surfaces that previously prepared. 

SIEN E-VARNISH (Electrical motors & Coils Varnish)

Clear backing driving electric insulating varnish, curable synthetics resin structure, suitable for impregnation process for electrical motors. The varnish is available in different types (class-F, class-B and as ordinary common use varnish), that is all compatible with all other enameled wires. 

The varnish can be applied by brushing, spraying & dipping. The air-dry impregnating varnish is suitable for all other automatic or manual equipment. Its outstanding storing properties ensure a mechanically stable for motion of the winding.

The varnish cures at elevated or room temperature in the presence of oxygen, and can be used with other enamel varnishes which are available. It has high flexibility, high bonding strength and quick drying film, and has a high insulating capacity, that resists water (moisture/humidity), salt, oil and particularly to refrigerant (Freon).

SIEN PV-200 (Proofing Varnish for Ammunition Cartridge case)

A special product used for water resisting (moisture/humidity proofing), for Ammunition cartridge case primer in small arms ammunition, used for different pistols, rifles and machine guns of different calibers. This water proofing compound composed of a high-grade varnish & blended with a suitable plasticized compounds & thinned with volatile solvent. 

The compound is free of coal tar, coal tar pitch, or any other impurities, which may affect the serviceability of the material, and it is applied with machine type M142, C2 or any other type of machines used for water proofing of brass cartridge case primer. It resists fresh or saline water, and it is chemically inert and does not affected by acids or alkalis.

SIEN PV-200 has a good adhesion power to the brass cartridge, and it forms a flexible isolating film that shall withstand bending with out cracking, fading or flaking. The compound has no corrosion effect on the brass cartridge, with suitable homogeneity and pour ability. The compound shall be smooth and homogeneous and show no scale off after drying. 

Available in tow types, the first one used to fill the ambient between the primer and the hole of the brass cartridge case base. The second type used between the internal side of cartridge case nozzel and the bullet of small arms ammunation.

SIEN Deep Drawing Soap

An organic crystalline compound for deep drawing lubrication. It contains antirust substance to protect metallic surface against rust. To be used in the following purposes:

  • Drawing of all kinds of metals.
  • Formation of crown and cup in the manufacture of small arms ammunition (pullet & cartridge case).
  • Deep drawing of copper.

The drawing takes place without injuriousness or deformation of the crystalline metallic lattice. It facilitates the drawing steps of the metal, and provides glittering to the drawed metal surface. SIEN Deep Drawing Soap is free from poisonous matter, and do not corrode or affect the metal surface.

[2-B] - Coating & Insulation Products

SIEN P.S.V.S (Passivation Solution / Metal Conditioner)

A fast acting, acid type compound that neutralizes alkaline residue. It not only rapidly removes rust and stops rust action, but it also contains detergents designed to remove soils, drilling mud, salt water residues and all rust stains. It not only rapidly removes rust and stops rust action, but it will change rust (iron oxide) into iron-zinc phosphate, an inert, hard, usually gray surface that provides a perfect base for most paints. 

It is effective for rust and stain removing, as a neutralizing rinse for ships’ sides, machinery spaces, decks, ship equipment, bulkheads, bilges, oil field rigs, platforms and equipment.

SIEN ZINC PRIMER

Zinc rich primers paint in tow components epoxy base system. It provides efficient, complete isolation and protection of the treated surfaces. This material increases also the adherence of the finishing painted film in case of internal and external spraying procedures.

SIEN 4100 (Cool Tar Epoxy)

Flexible epoxy material consists of two compounds to insulate and protect the metal, concrete, and woody surfaces from water, humidity, chemicals, fungi, algae and moss. It is considered as distinguished insulator used in bad climate and in aggressive environment.

ANTI-ACID COAT

Chemically treated insulating epoxy paint (PVC), having high resistance to chemicals, drainage and waste water, fuel and acids. It has been using for specific insulating purposes to various wall, floor, and bottom surfaces.

SIEN SILVER (Aluminum Coat)

Special finishing and insulating coat, for main and hot metals surfaces like exhausted pipes, metal pipes, electric pipes, miscellaneous parts, streets lighting lamps, (etc.). Since it is an aluminum rich paint, it provides thermal insulating layer that is resist heat and corrosion. It can be applied by painting or spraying.

INJECTION RUBBER (Light Elastic Epoxy Paste)

Light elastic epoxy paste in two components, with high adhesive power to different surfaces. It is used for a complete insulation against water and electricity. This material has the required flexibility to adapt stretching and shrinkage of the surrounded surfaces, also it can compensate vibrations, prevent slipping of the surrounded surfaces. This type of rubber is used frequently to fill the slots, gaps and cracks; it is used also to fix metallic, wood and concrete elements. Finally the injection rubber is used efficiently to conglutinate paving stones, filling the ambient gaps and jointing.

There is variety of systems for conglutinate miscellaneous types of paving stones, filling the ambient gaps, jointing, surface treatment, which differ according to varied conditions, details of work, surface types and the required specifications.

Concentrated Coolant

Special concentrate cooling solution with farther advantages, for radiators & engines cooling systems. Content the international percentage of active ingredient. Increase the engine cooling system efficiency by:

  1. Inhibit the metal corrosion inside the engine cooling system.

SIEN WT-290 (Cooling Additive)

This is a compound ready to add to the closed cooling circuits and systems, for treatment of cooling water. It is always used to increase the efficiency of cooling systems and heat exchange, by protecting the system from corrosion, scale formation due to the precipitation of salts on the tubes and pipes internal surfaces.

SIEN 306 (Fuel Oil Conditioner)

A fuel oil conditioner works to homogenize fuel, prevents blocking, rust and corrosion. It elevates the ignition point, decrease burning residues and leakage. It is also minimize maintenance efforts and dealing with sulfur rates, water, impurities and dust which are mixed with fuel (especially heavy fuel).

SIEN WT-150 (Corrosion Inhibitor)

This additive is to be added to industrial water to prevent corrosion of metallic parts in boilers, cooling towers, (etc.).

SIEN WT-210 (Scale Inhibitor)

It is added to industrial water to prevent precipitation of salts on the internal parts of the various cooling and heating systems.

Cold Weld, Repair, Restoration, Lining & Adhesives

Cold Weld, Repair, Restoration, Lining & Adhesives

Special wide range of mechanical workable cold weld and adhesive epoxies, for cold welding, metal repairing, filling, restoring, adjusting and resizing jobs and needs, also for adhering, leak stopping, abrasion and crack filling, ceramic coating and lining. For all the different surfaces and for wide engineering and maintenance applications, like engines, machines, parts, tanks, pumps, pipes, metal work and construction (..etc.). 

After the full curing, this material is designed to handle all mechanical works on it, like lathing, turning, screwing, grinding (..etc.). These materials are high isolator for water, liquids and chemicals, and resist scratching and abrading. It can be painted, and carry out stresses and pressures. 

Normally the standard version materials cures in 12 up to 36 hours, the standard version is the mechanically workable suitable version, for the jobs that need this option. Like cold welding, metal repairing, filling, restoring, adjusting and resizing jobs, which need exactly adjusted measures, lathing, turning, screwing, grinding, softening, smoothing, adjusting or any other mechanical works to complete the job. 

The fast cure (rapid) version are available to (4 : 10 minutes) from each type. The fast cure virgin is more suitable for the non-mechanically workable needs jobs. Like adhering, leak stopping, crack filling, ceramic coating and lining jobs, that doesn’t need exactly adjusted measures.

We are offering a line of compounds that can chemically cold weld repair metalworking products in most commercial materials. Developed in our factory and used widely in different industrial and engineering works. 

Cold welding products (Plastic-metals) are chemical-fusion materials with very high metallic fiber content. Because of their high metal content, they are considered metallic fillers and not epoxy fillers (as are products with a high epoxy content). 

Available in a variety of compounds, Cold welding products (Plastic-metals) is a two-part system and can be applied in the form of putty or liquid. 

Cure time is approximately 4 minutes up to 24 hours (depending on the type). After curing, the material may be machined, ground, bored, polished or threaded, just like the parent metal. 

These compounds are said to have excellent adhesive properties with all metals, high compression and tensile strength, high resistance to wear and abrasion, and resistance to elevated temperatures as well as aggressive chemical environments. They are used to repair defects, seal leaks, and rebuild worn or damaged areas.

Smooth, non-rusting ceramic-filled epoxy, used to repair and rebuild interfacing metallic, low-friction surfaces such as machine ways and flanges. Protects against severe abrasion, erosion and bi-metallic corrosion. Bonds to most metals, concrete and some plastics. 

Brush able surface protection with extremely high wear and abrasion resistance. Forms a smooth surface of low friction which shows a high chemical resistance and which is used:

  • for lining highly stressed pump cases

  • Have good chemical resistance. Resistance to solvents is limited. Hot water up to 80 degrees centigrade can be applied without impairing the properties of the joints sealants.
  • Elasticity is not affected by weathering conditions of ultra-violet light.
  • Self smoothing, eliminating the need for tooling to produce good joint appearance.

Rubber Solvent Free Epoxy Jointing :

  • Rubber solvent free epoxy Jointing.
  • Provides a rubberized, vibration absorption, anti-cracking jointing mortar.
  • High adhesion power, with excellent resistance to mechanical damage chemical attack, and crude/refined oil.
  • Durable and low maintenance costs.
  • Ideally suited for aggressive, vibrated and non stable environments including chemical process areas, steelworks, cylinder gas filling areas, power planets, plat forms, marine and submarine units, trains and bus’s, sport courts, benches, (etc.).
  • Used in contraction and expansion joints in industrial floors, decking and general concrete structures, where elongation and recovery properties are required.
  • Also ideal for use with chemical resistant floor finishes.
  • Suitable for external applications, having excellent weathering properties, to be used in car parks, standing areas and minor roadways.

Cool Tar Epoxy Coating :

  • A high build, abrasion and chemical resistant coating that provide outstanding protection for steel or concrete in harsh environments.
  • Suitable for sustained immersion in fresh or salt water and certain other industrial chemicals.
  • Not suitable for potable water use.
  • Rust inhibitive primer is recommended for steel surfaces where superior corrosion resistance is required.
  • Typical areas of use are ship hulls, pilings, tank exteriors (above and below grade,) process equipment, clarifiers and other areas where maximum resistance to corrosion and abrasion are required.
